Luxurious 5-bedroom villa with WiFi, AC in Cassis, 8 minute walk from beaches

😊: The owner (Carol-Ann) met us at the villa early so we could leave our luggage before the check in time. The rest of our family arrived too and she accommodated us all. We were allowed to use the facilities outside eg pool, games etc before the agreed check in time.. 😢: Honestly we couldn’t fault anything and there were 10 of us ranging from 8 to 78 years. All white goods were top of the range and easy to use. The villa was extremely well stocked with cutlery, plates, pots, pans etc. We were about to use the BBQ to cook dinner and realised there was not enough gas. Within 15 minutes of messaging Carol-Ann her son popped round to say he would be back shortly with a refill. He was!.

😊: Stunning luxury villa with everything you need and more. Beds so comfy, showers amazing. Heated pool. We had a wonderful time. Thank you Carol-Ann for making us so welcome 💖.

Wonderful property! Great location and a perfect place to stay on vacation. It had great amenities and was extremely clean. I would visit this beautiful town again and again. Great host and wonderful communication!

Enjoyed our stay in this Villa in Cassis. Everything was as advertised on VRBO. Highly recommend.

We checked into the property, a "Luxurious Villa" in Cassis, and it was completely misrepresented. When you walked in the house you could tell a smoker lived there. The smoke was masked by the smell of strong cleaning chemicals. Not to mention the home also smelled of cats. We love cats but you could tell a cat lived there based on the smell as well as the entire couch was shredded by cat claws. The rugs were filthy, the backyard grass was dead and the furniture was tattered. The upstairs bedrooms reeked a strong smell of mildew and bleach. It was really unsafe to breath. The stair railing (a large rope) was dangling on the wall only held on by caulking that was falling off. Overall the home felt unsafe both sanitarily and hazard wise. We left within 10 minutes and checked into a hotel resulting in stress and a lot of money unnecessarily spent.
