Luxury Cottage Doller, outdoor hot tub, hammam shower, ski resort

Lovely 4 bedroom cottage with comfortable beds, luxurious bathrooms, top-class plumbing, great American fridge. The location was beautiful in a small village, next to a stream and a beautiful church with stunning views of the mountains/forests.Lots of great walks nearby. It was a very clean property (professional cleaning included as part of the very reasonable price). Despite the village the location is very isolated as no shops in this village and only 2 in the next (butchers and a bakers - a drive away). There is a restaurant in this village which we didn't visit. Nearest supermarket is about 10 mins by car. We didn't actually meet the owners but they were very attentive and pleasant when we had a query about the dishwasher. The only thing I think people should be aware of with this property is that the garden and the hot tub are completely open. The houses are built close to each other and there is no screening between the front and back garden and the roads in the village or the house next door. When I first arrived I thought that this would put me off using the hot tub but it didn't as the village is quiet at night apart from some dog walkers and I quite enjoyed the view from the hot tub. Not sure I would have gone in during the day with the cyclists and the ramblers. I did worry that it would upset the neighbours when we were in the hot tub at night so close to their windows (we were quiet) but they didn't complain and were always very friendly whenever we saw them so hopefully not. Overall I would thoroughly recommend and thank you for a lovely stay.

Nous venons de passer un très agréable séjour dans cette villa au coeur de Sewen. La villa est très bien équipée, salle de bain et cuisine très moderne et à jour. La terrasse est idéale du matin jusqu'au soir et le jacuzzi est un point avantageux :). Rien à remarquer. On reviendra certainement!

Séjour très agréable la semaine de Noël. Belles prestations, maison très confortable au pied du ballon d Alsace. Beaucoup de ballades à pied au départ de la maison et repos bien mérité dans le jaccuzy ! Merci aux propriétaires pour les 2 sapins et les décors de Noel...

Sehr schönes Haus in zentraler Dorflage. Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Vermieter. Einmaliger Metzger im Nachbarort (Don't miss Hubert). Tolle Wanderungen in der Umgebung. Wir hatten eine gute Zeit.

We had some really nice days in this cottage and not only enjoyed the location, but also the surrounding and the nice weather. In case of barbecue do not miss the Boucherie Hubert in Oberbruck. Enjoyed a wonderful boeuf cotes from there...

très jolie maison , tout confort. Cuisine suréquipée.Vaste salle de bain, grandes chambres. Nous sommes une famille de 7 personnes et nous avons passés un super nouvel an dans cette jolie maison. N'oublions pas le jaccuzi qui a ravi petits et grands. L'endroit est sublime, les promenades, les villages pittoresques...Que du BONHEUR. Nous y retournerons !

We had a wonderful time at La Doller villa for a period of 12 days in October. The house became our home, it was comfortable, warm and with full privet. The house and its contents were kept clean and in new condition. Secure off-street parking kept our hire car safe, and broadband internet kept us in touch. A short drive out of town and you can be in a French medieval village or in the Black Forest. We had made allot of trips in those areas. The house was very spacious, with a full equipped kitchen for our dinner lunch. There were also washing machine and dryer that facilitated the long staying. Wonderful little stream flowing near the house. We would certainly return! I hope it is very soon. The owner; and a Neighbor were extremely kind and helpful and I would recommend and strongly encourage others to stay here in this beautiful France town.

Surprenant et fascinant à la fois.....Un endroit de rêve que nous avons découvert enneigé durant les vacances de Noël...Le calme, les belles promenades, les pistes de ski et la joie du ski de fond....vraiment tout pour passer d'inoubliables vacances en famille. Maison très accueillante, super équipée et aménagée avec goût....! Que du bonheur.....!
