Luxury renovated apartment - St Clair 401

😊: Nothing. 😢: The apartment had a strong smell of cold cigarettes. Small windows an no chance to get rid of it. I had called the owner immediately. He promised me to refund, but said I need to report to Booking for this first. Then he never ever reacted again, not to my messages, not Booking's requests. Total desaster. Still fighting to get my money back. During the short stay while doing the calls I got headache and smelled horribly myself. DON'T GO THERE!.
