Luxury Studio With Easy Access To The 3 Valleys In A Beautiful Spa Town.

We didn't meet the host but we had clear instructions before checking in and check in was relatively easy despite arriving late at night. The location was great with a shuttle to the gondola just outside the property. There were a few items that were not working like the clothes hanger and kitchen lights but it did not detract too much from the stay and the host acknowledged it quickly. The only thing that was uncomfortable was that instead of duvets it was blankets which were a bit itchy. They may suit some people but we wished there were soft duvets. Good value for the price and location.

This accomodation is far from luxury. If you are looking for a very basic stay close to the gondola in brides then this is fine. It’s not that clean and no quilts are provided. The red blankets the owner provides aren’t that clean- we just put our duvet covers over them. The bathroom is grubby. The oven provided was a small potable which you can’t really cook in as very small and was not clean. The instructions into the car park and building was not very clear. The TV eventually came on but difficult to find the English channels as described so gave up in the end. The WiFi is fine. Again if on a budget this is great but I think the title ‘luxury’ is very very misleading it is far from luxury and a 2 star at most.

No accom left in Mottaret but we were able to stay a few nights in Brides Les Bains close to the connecting gondola. The fact that this apartment was so close meant that we were not inconvenienced too much.

The apartments offers many features that are conducive to a successful stay. The owner is easily contactable and wants people to enjoy their stay. The apartment is roomy and offers facilities that allow for a homely experience. However, the system for maintainable and cleaning offers opportunities for people to take advantage of the situation as it stands. My daughter and her boyfriend arrived after a difficult journey and found pillows that were badly stained and a quilt that shouldn’t have been used that was also stained. To her credit the owner quickly rectified this problem. From then on my daughter had a good stay, though they would have preferred having a quilt rather than blankets as one of them suffered from asthma and reacted to the blankets.

Everything you need in a studio apartment. Only five to 10 mins walk max to the cable lift to meribel. Great having your own parking space as we drove up to meribel and parked there everyday and just jumped in the car with very tired legs at the end of the day and just drove back to the studio. Good value for the cost.
