😢: The instructions how to receive your room was not clear at all, I arrived to the location and there was no one to give me the keys, the staff don't speak English and it was hard to communicate with them. after arriving to my apartment, I had to go back to the agency to pay the deposit which was not close to my apartment, with me having my luggage, someone from the agency met me to get the deposit, then I had to walk again to get the keys from a box hidden behind a tree, then walk again to the apartment. They gave a closer apartment to the agency so I don't walk too much, but without an AC, which was supposed to be in the apartment I booked. I communicated this with them, but there was no available rooms. During the check out, I had to go through the same procedure, which is not that easy while you have your luggage with you. One more thing, the staff have working hours, so you need to arrange your flight based on this, which is not practical..
