The description does not match what is actually offered, and there were more disappointments. For example: you are contacted in advance with long messages, and there are even papers with instructions on the cupboards. They promise a concierge service, but instead, you will be send a video explaining how to find the key. After that, you have to find the right door yourself in a creepy hallway on the x floor. On the phone they are unfriendly and curt, and you have to clean the apartment yourself, otherwise they threaten extra charges. They respond poorly to text messages and will send you SMS's weeks later. They don't mention on Booking.com that you have to bring your own bedding. There is so little toilet paper that you have to start your stay with a visit to the supermarket. The promised ski-to-door access is not there and showering is inconvenient because there is no hanging system for the shower head. And there was more wrong, so we left a day early. The only response to that was 'top', without any concern about whether anything was wrong... The pictures are a very positive show of what is actually there. If you want a pleasant feeling, you should not stay at this accommodation..

😊: Nothing.. 😢: The property was completely unhygienic and very cold inside. Upon arrival, the bed was clearly slept in. The sofa was covered in dirty stains. As we are traveling with a 5-month-old baby, this environment posed a serious health risk. It was impossible to stay here. We were forced to leave immediately and book another hotel at the last minute..
