Peaceful location near the university, but good access to the motorway for regional touring. The dedicated parking spot in the underground garage was very useful, best suited to small/medium sized vehicles. There is a Spar supermarket 2 blocks away and a fun bowling alley with wood fired pizza across the road that is popular with students and locals...

Exceptional<br>#128578; Damien's place was ideal for my husband and I. Great location being within walking distance of town centre of Aix and train and bus station, yet not noisy or over looked. Easy to find, clear instructions for check in and check out. Very clean, good communication with host and car parking free.<br>#128577; There wasn't anything that we didn't like.

Ein sehr erholsamer Aufenthalt!<br>#128578; Das Apartment ist hell, hat einen angenehmen Blick auf Bäume, eine angenehme Raumtemperatur. Es ist schön und bequem eingerichtet. Der Holzfussboden macht das Barfussgehen angenehm. Das Bad ist modern mit heller Spiegelbeleuchtung. Stauraum ist ausreichend vorhanden. Man hält es sehr gut eine Woche zu zweit aus. Die Tiefgarage hat ausreichend Platz für einen 7-Sitzer plus Fahrradträger. Sehr komfortabel! Ein Supermarkt ist fußläufig zu erreichen, die Innenstadt in 10 Minuten zu Fuß.
