😢: Unfortunately, on arrival day, they had double-booked, so we had to find somewhere else to stay. Receiving an email so late in the day is not acceptable. We had been driving for 4hours, so to find this out on the same day was unfair..
😊: The location is perfect if you want to enjoy the medieval town of Laon. 😢: There were no toiletries, hand towels, bowls or cups.
😊: Beautifully presented and the location amazing.. 😢: On stripping the bed, the base protector could have done with a clean (a few hairs) but nothing drastic..
