Magnificent Appt - 2BD 4P - Georges V Champs-Élysées

The property's location is ideal - easy access to the Eiffel tower & Champs Elysees, the Seine, and walkable to the Louvre and Musee D'Orsee. It's right above the subway as well for easy access to other areas of the city. The unit was spacious with a well-appointed kitchen, and great sitting area. Its a bustling area immediately on street level (one level down) below the unit, so some street noise when windows were open but quiet enough when windows were closed. I had concerns when I saw earlier review knocking internet, AC and televisions, but that was not experience. The internet worked well, a/c was needed for a couple of warm days and easily controlled in our unit, and televisions worked fine for what little we used them. I'll note the master bedroom has one large window with no curtain/covering, making the bedroom bright for Paris' early summer sunrises. But overall we were happy with this quirky, spacious unit.

Diese Wohnung ist ein Juwel im 16. Arrondissement. Die Klimaanlage war ein Segen, und wir haben die guten Verkehrsanbindungen sehr geschätzt. Sehr empfehlenswert für jeden Paris-Besucher.

Ein wunderschöner Ort zum Verweilen. Die beiden Schlafzimmer waren perfekt für unsere Gruppe, und wir genossen die günstige Lage in der Nähe der öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel. Die Gegend wirkte sicher und lebendig.

Wir haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen! Die Nähe zur Metrostation Alma Marceau war ein großer Vorteil, da man so die Stadt bequem erkunden konnte. Die Wohnung selbst war komfortabel und bestens ausgestattet.

Renter beware!! This listing was COMPLETELY misrepresented on Vrbo. The listing advertises that the unit has heat and air conditioning but it is operated for the entire building and can NOT be controlled by the individual unit. When we arrived the unit was so HOT! We contacted the rental company immediately, and they were unable to help us resolve the issue. There was no booklet of how to use anything in the unit. We had a horrible night and could not sleep due to the temperature. The listing also stated there was working Wi-Fi and television, and neither of those worked as well. On top of that the apartment sat on top of two different restaurants at the corner of three major roads. It was extremely loud and between the temperature and the noise, my family and I could not sleep. The host and management company were not quick with communication or with trying to resolve any of these issues. We would not recommend this property.
