Magnificent studio near the Palais des Festivals in Cannes!

Fantastic studio style flat in Cannes! The space was clean and the air conditioning worked like a dream. I stayed here for a market and it was a perfect walk to all events and dinners. Communication with Eric was great and he answered my questions quickly and efficiently. I would absolutely choose to stay here again.

This is a great apartment, we highly recommend it! It is well equipped in a quality modern manner, on a busy but not noisy pedestrian street in the old town. It is close to 2 supermarkets, a fresh foods market (Marche Forville), lots of restaurants and other shops, beaches, and the marina area with all it's excitement. The owner is very responsive and friendly. Checking in/out was easy without fuss. Next time we are in Cannes we will use this apartment again. Brilliant.

It is in the hearth of Cannes, close to everything. On a small charming street with all shops and delicious food. Still very quiet and refreshing with air conditioning. Don't be alarmed wth the small old door and staircase, the appartement is renovated, modern and you have everything you need.

Centrally located to the wharf, Le Suquet, and dozens of shops and restaurants, this property is an affordable choice, with a closely located Carrefour market to stock your kitchen. Highly recommend!!

I had a wonderful stay in this flat. It is compact and a walk up (which for me added to the vibe!) but it had everything I needed: comfortable bed, hot shower, great location and a fine kitchen. I loved the area it is in as I could get to my meetings and to the farmers market which was two paces away. I had one problem and contacted Eric and it was sorted right away. I would stay her e again.

Very well located and clean apartment. Ideal if you come to Cannes for a trade show.
