Très belle vue. La seconde chambre est une cellule de prison inhabitable. C'est plutôt un 2 pièces. Terrasse non entretenue et non protégée du soleil. Peu de meubles et vaisselle médiocre. L'appartement est une fournaise. Ménage mal voire pas fait. Le gestionnaire de Foncia est nul. Négocier le prix ou à éviter si vous êtes plus de 2.

Unbequemes Bett. Und ganz besonders schlimm, ist im Appartmens (besonders stark in Duschkabine)stinkt jedes Morgen nach Kanal . Und manchmal Abend auch. Sehr stark!!! Schade!
