Magnifique Ancienne Ferme à Proximité du Lac d'Annecy et des Montagnes

The home was very comfortable and very nicely decorated. We loved the patio as well. The home is very close to a grocery store, and the home itself is equipped with everything you need to cook. Thank you!We absolutely loved the atmosphere of the rental and Giez and just enjoying the scenery. I would definitely recommend!!

We stayed 1 week in the lovely house in Giez. The house is very well equipped and perfectly located in quiet and charming village of Giez. Faverges is 5min away and the lac 10min away. Natalie and François were great host with easy communication.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt im top renovierten und gemütlich eingerichteten alten Bauernhaus. Die Küche lässt kein Wünsche offen- sogar ein Raclette ist vorhanden. Im ebenso historischen Ort herrscht absolute Ruhe. Man kann hier die Seele baumeln lassen und in der Umgebung wunderbare Wanderungen unternehmen. Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!

This home in the historic village of Giez is everything you want and need for a lovely stay. The property is well maintained, very clean, and comfortable. The views are amazing and the feeling of actually living in the Alps is marvelous. The location is peaceful and only a few minutes to all services in Faverges. The cows passing by are an added bonus!

This is a lovely home in a lovely hamlet. The owners have renovated the house beautifully. Everything modern one could need for a stay of any length, but they saved the charm of the original doors, floors, and other details. The cows (in the pictures) regularly pass by the house; it is an idyllic setting. The perfect distance to the lake, central Annecy, and La Tournette. I cannot wait to return and see what other changes they make to the property!!

This village house has been tastefully converted into a comfortable, pleasant vacation destination. The kitchen is large, modern and fully equipped with a large refrigerator/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher and induction cooktop. The beds are comfortable and the internet reliable. The downstairs bath is a bit cramped but the upstairs one is new and convenient. There is plenty of hot water with good pressure. Contrary to the listing, the house does not have a clothes dryer, but a drying rack is available. Surrounded by stunning peaks, Giez is a quaint, quiet village located near a beautifully maintained cycling path just down the road from Lake Annecy. And, if you’re lucky, you’ll have milk cows pass by twice a day on their way to and from pasture!

We were welcomed from Natalie the owner of that wonderful completely renovated farmhouse in the historical village of Giez. The house itself is beautiful decorated, all items you need are there. Nothing is missing!! Very clean and super maintained, beds very comfortable. WiFi Wirkung well. Walking distance to the golf course where as well is a great restaurant. All together it couldn’t have been better, we were very happy and thanks to our lovely host Natalie.
