Magnifique Appart rénové Evian Duplex vue Lac 8 pers

😊: we like everything!!! very cozy, comfortable and the view is so beautiful!. 😢: that we had to leave this beautiful appartment))).

😊: Excellent location, great communication with the host, efficient, quick, extremely well-equipped with everything you could possibly need, simply great, a great Heating, very important in winter. Great view of Lake Geneva, close to the French Alps. Great apartment, I guess we will return to it if we return to Evian.. 😢: You need a car to travel around..

😊: The VIEW was simply AMAZING! Well renovated, clean, we had everything we needed: a full equipped kitchen, high chair and crib available, 2 full bathrooms (one of them with a bathtub), and incredible internet speed. The communication was easy and fast with the owners. We stayed a full week with 3 young kids (7 yo., 4 yo, and 18 months). The free on-site parking and the elevator are also really nice to have with luggage and stroller.. 😢: For families with toddlers, just to keep in mind that since it's a 2 floor apartment, the stairs are steep. I didn't ask for one, but maybe there was a baby gate or something else available to block the access..

😊: We liked the size and view. Equipped kitchen. Very comfortable. A little farther up then I preferred but that was my fault.. 😢: No railings on outdoor brick stairs. My husband fell. Not enough lighting. Exterior in very poor condition. Weeds coming up everywhere. No landscaping. Exterior over hangs in bad shape. We rented for 19 days and should have had a sheet change. I had to wash everything with no dryer..
