Magnifique Appartement 1 Chambre à Neuilly-sur-Seine

😊: nothing. 😢: had booked this apartment for three people: myself, my husband, and our 17-year-old daughter. However, when we arrived, we discovered that the sleeping arrangement for our daughter had not been prepared: the sofa bed in the living room, which was supposed to be her bed, had not been set up. We stayed from June 21st to June 25th, during a period of extremely hot weather, and the conditions inside the apartment were truly unbearable. Before our arrival, we had been told that fans would be available, but there was not a single fan in the apartment. Given the extreme heat, we specifically asked for them to be provided, but they were never brought to us. On top of this, the level of cleanliness was far below an acceptable standard. Between the unbearable heat, the absence of the promised fans, the bed not being prepared despite the booking clearly being for three people, and the poor cleanliness, the apartment was simply uninhabitable for us. The situation was so unpleasant that, instead of being able to enjoy the stay we had properly booked and paid for, we were forced to urgently find alternative accommodation. Overall, it was an extremely negative experience and very different from what had been presented to us at the time of booking..
