Magnifique appartement donnant accès direct sur la place des 9 jets à CERET.

This was the ideal location to enjoy France. The location of the apartment was wonderful--on a quiet square without any vehicles and with the occasional sound of music in the evening from buskers in the square entertaining those enjoying supper in the restaurants in the square. Ceret is everything one might want--a lack of hordes of tourists, easy access to the Mediterranean, proximity to Spain, and options and for day trips. We wanted to experience daily life France and found that here. Our hosts were wonderful--arranged to meet us on arrival, explained the operation of the various appliances in the apartment, provided us with maps and tips on restaurants and day trips, and called us the following day to make sure we were settled in without difficulty. The whole experience was wonderful and has us seriously considering returning in 2026.

The property is really comfortable with everything needed for a lovely holiday. The location is very central so easy to just step out the door and wander around the beautiful town of Ceret. I would recommend this property, we have stayed in Ceret quite a few times and this is in the top three. There is often music playing in the square but this did not bother us. The bedrooms are at the back so it's not an issue, in fact it's enjoyable.
