Magnifique attique 6 personnes proche Annecy

😊: The apartment is very modern, well-equipped and comes with great views from the balcony to the mountain range around the Annecy lake. It's located just a short drive away from Annecy and comes with some free public parking nearby (with some luck) and an elevator. The bedrooms have comfortable beds and include sheets and linen (nice touch as it's sometimes excluded in France!). The spacious kitchen contains all required appliances and utensils, even some complimentary coffee capsules and spices for cooking. The communication with Martin is easy and thorough. We'd love to come back.. 😢: Only one minor thing: The cleanliness could be slightly improved (e.g. in the kitchen drawers), but it's still on a very high level, totally sufficient. And with the owners normally living in the apartment, I can understand that only a certain time is available..

😊: The apartment is spacious and has the best views of the mountains, it really is beautiful. The building itself is quiet, I think we saw 1 person during our stay! The location is fantastic, close to the "voie rapide" (you can go anywhere from there, the lake is about 15mins away) and there are a couple of shops opposite the building, a lovely bakery, butchers, newspaper shop and pharmacy (below the apartment). Very easy to collect the keys on arrival as the host had sent pictures and detailed information. The host is really responsive and helpful and is available via WhatsApp throughout the stay for any questions you might have. Parking is available around the area, be aware of the blue zone that is temporary, I think 2 hours max, but fine overnight.. 😢: It was a little tricky to see the numbers of the lock box to drop the keys back as we left early in the morning and it was still dark! Just allow for a little more time and have a torch and glasses handy :-).

😊: Excellent appartment, with great views, very confortable and good beds. Parking around apparment very easy and close to daily shops. The perfect base to visit Haute Savoie. 😢: everything fine.
