Magnifique chalet en Haute-Savoie, tout confort, proche des pistes de ski

😊: This is a beautiful location with fabulous views. It was warm and clean.. 😢: The bedding and bed linen was poor. There were no pillows, just cushions with additional covers. One bed had an old counter pane inside a duvet cover and it didn’t fit. The kitchen was poorly equipped, chipped and cracked plates, a minimum of cutlery..

😊: Nice location. 😢: When we came there, there were no towels. We could not take a shower!! We called the lady, she said towels can come only tomorrow and it will cost 40 Euros for two towels!!! Yes, 40 Euros for towels! and there was no toilet paper. And finally, she demanded more money for supposed damage we did not do. In a single word: AVOID.
