😊: We were sent information from the host a day before our arrival explaining how to collect the keys, it was all very straight forward..

😢: I requested for a cot before the stay. However when we got there no cot was provided, which meant day 1 of the trip our 3 month old had to sleep on the bed with us. We left it was too unsafe for our baby due to the lack of responsibility from the host. Host is very unfriendly - not helpful..
