MAGNIFIQUE MAISON ENTRE VIGNES, RIVIÈRE ET MER AVEC PISCINE 8X4

I just stayed with 6 adults and 2 babies, using 5 bedrooms. Great indoor space and two outdoor areas, one under vine tree and another with a canopy. The pool area is very safe, with gates and very child safe. The pool is awesome and we spent many days here, just chilling. At the pool area there is a shaded area, which have three large ratton sofas. The house is at the edge of a village, with a decent bakery, a Lidl (with 80Kw EV chargers, always available). The village is surrounded by vineyards and you can see Christine’s family vineyard from the house, highly recommend their vine, great rural views. The beaches are 30mins away, and not too crowded. All rooms on ground floor have Air Con and Air Con on first floor. Beautiful house, highly recommend and Christine is very attentive of you have any queries. In summary the house has all you need, it’s very high standard and has all you will need for a great holiday. It’s 5 star, you will not regret booking it 5 ⭐️

nous avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la maison de Christine et Jean Marc MORENO .C'est une grande maison ,spacieuse et confortable .Nous étions 9 et chacun y a trouvé sa place .L'endroit est idéal pour aller visiter Beziers et son arrière pays ainsi que le canal du midi .Mme MORENO nous a accueilli avec beaucoup de gentillesse et nous avons pu la contacter chaque fois que cela a été necessaire .Nous sommes tous rentrés ravis de cette semaine .

Nous avons passé un très très bon séjour! On était tous ravi 😃 nous étions 6 adultes et 5 enfants. Il y avait bien de la place pour tout le monde. La maison est parfaite. Bien équipée. Bien aménagée. Elle correspond tout à fait aux photos! Un dortoir pour les enfants au rez-de-chaussée avec plein de jouets en plus ! De quoi ravir différents âges 👌 Propriétaire très sympa ! Très réactive et serviable. (Merci encore pour le lit parapluie acheté exprès avant notre venue). Vraiment aux petits soins. Un petit "guide" d'accueil à l'arrivée. Avec des petits tuyaux sur les environs. Restos, marché, etc. Bien utile Une piscine parfaite ! Dans un cadre magnifique ! Bien fermée pour les enfants. Bien aménagée avec les transats bien nombreux et le salon de jardin. La table de ping pong a également fait son effet 😉 On s'est tous éclaté et on rentre satisfait de nos vacances 😃 merci

Ruhig gelegenes Haus am Ortsrand. Optimal mit kleinen Kindern(ausser der Treppe) sehr gut gesicherter Pool, Spielplatz für kleinere Kinder , Tischtennis für grössere Kinder. Das Haus ist von einer Mauer umgeben. Der Parkplatz ist ausserhalb. Die kleine Bäckerei ist zu Fuss in 5 Min.und der Super U im Nachbardorf mit dem Auto in 5 Min.erreichbar. Die Küste ist in ca.30 Min.zu erreichen und innerhalb von1-1 1/2 Stunden liegen auch viele Sehenswürdigkeiten. Im Herbst wird es nachts kühler, der Pool somit ebenfalls und da das Haus nur mit der Klimaanlage beheizt wird empfehlen wir dass wärmere Decken oder Wolldecken mitgebracht werden. Sie sind im Haus nicht vorhanden.

The villa is large with comfortable, modern furnishing and a large lounge area. The grounds are pretty and spacious. There are two very nice outside dining areas. The poolside furniture is plentiful and comfortable and benefits from a second kitchen area with fridge/freezer and barbecue. HOWEVER U.K. vistors be aware! Sheets, pillowcases, towels - bathroom, poolside or dishtowels - are not provided. This was not mentioned in the villa description. Carrying household linen will make quite a dent in your luggage allowance. There are only two A/C units. One is in one of the downstairs bedrooms and the other is in the upstairs hallway and serves the three bedrooms off. This means that bedroom doors must be left open to benefit from it. Cleaning is not included in the rental cost. We hired a local lady reccommended by the owners.
