😊: Very Very Little, too many unnecessary inconveniences. For the price charged, we expected a much higher standard of comfort and reliability, communication with the keyholder was very poor to miserable tending to ignorant as she gave the impression of complete indifference. Lip service only, taking a day or more to respond to messages, and failing to arrive at agreed times, some times not arriving at all, just sending a casual message. Totally unbelievable how we were treated. The absentee proprietor should look in to this as it does them a disservice as much as to me. A disgrace. 😢: Disappointing Stay-did not match the luxury price tag of £7075 for 28 nights! There is not a rating LOW enough for this expensive apartment and it should not be promoted on any site in its current condition. We stayed from the 26/06/26 - 25/07/26. The experience was extremely disappointing:- Some basic kitchen facilities not available. Air conditioning broke down twice on each occasion it took 3 DAYS before being repaired 7 DAYS total at 34 celsius without air con! Dishwasher broke down, 9 DAYS before the dirty water was drained and it was unblocked. Kitchen sink collapsed and took 3 DAYS before any one looked at it, “handy man arrived with no tools and just looked at it for 10 minutes. We had to get water from the bathroom for 7 days to wash dishes. Right up until we left it was not usable, was glued back and supported with wood and the cupboards below the sink pulled out and left of the floor. They remained that way as we left the apartment! In total 7+ days where the unit could not be used. The description states 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom, it fails to mention that the bathroom is in one of the bedrooms and is to be shared by all, also it was an open plan bathroom so to use it the person(s) using the bedroom needed to vacate it for others to use! An apartment for 4 to 6 persons with indoor seating for 2. The apartment needs a deep clean throughout: Sliding doors leading to the terrace needed cleaning. The glass barrier surrounding the terrace was so dirty you could not see through it, and one panel was broken, simple fix with a bit of hot water and elbow grease. One of the terrace dining chairs was broken, and all of the cushions (not sure what to say about them), all were rather jaded and had seen better days..
