Magnifique villa de 4 chambres avec piscine privée et chauffée, à 10 min à pied de la ville de Nice

Competed in the Ironman World Championship and brought my adult children. The home was as described close enough to the port and Promenade race venue and super market close by! Lise, the owner/property manager was terrific, would stay again without hesitation!

Had a really enjoyable stay - the villa is very spacious and well equipped with a great pool and outside space. Check in and communication with Lise was very smooth. We didn't hire a car and that wasn't an issue though it is quite a steep walk back up from Nice. Do come prepared for the mosquitoes though - the local repellent seems to work a lot better than the stuff we brought from the UK so we were fine after a few days

Great villa - great pool . 20 minute walk to old town Nice Carrefour shop 5 minutes away by car for steaks and kebabs for the gas BBQ which is a brilliant one. Secure building with electric blinds . Highly recommend - owners are very nice people and very helpful. Lots to see and do in Nice.

I brought my adult children and friends to Nice so my daughter could participate in the World Championship Half Ironman. The location of the house was perfect because it was not too far from downtown Nice where the race started and finished but far enough away we did not have crowds. The views in all directions were amazing. The location of the lovely home is east so it's very close to many other must see villages on the riviera especially Villefranche sur mer! That was our dinner location many times with gorgeous sunsets. Taking an uber there from the house was easiest. Thank you for your lovely vacation rental home. We enjoyed it. -Alexandra

We had a wonderful family holiday over 10 days in August. Lise was very helpful to provide extra items like baby chair and cot. The pool was very well maintained and the gentle slope was perfect with little children. Nice city center is only 15 minutes away by car. I would definitely recommend staying here.

My kids loved the pool, in it whenever we were at the villa. We booked last minute and still had a heated pool. Did a mix of staying in and sight seeing, practical to get around. Did a mix of walking, buses , we did not hire a car. Everything close enough to not need one. Place was very clean, plenty of room. Quiet area in the middle of Nice. Really recommend this property.

Really enjoyed the property and the area. Chose this property due to it's proximity to Nice and the coast, we walked in every afternoon and our son was studying in Nice, so super convenient. The house worked well for us, on 2 different levels, lots of space. Spoke to Lise regarding a couple of things that she was able to help us out with such as arranging for a chef one night for us. Already looking at dates for this summer. Place really clean, would just comment on the tiles in the pool, some coming off. Look forward to coming back.

We know the area really well, and always enjoy coming back to this part of France. The property was just what we were looking for, and I would definitely recommend to other guests. We are a family with 3 generations and all of us loved it. The pool was heated which I appreciated as we came at the end of August, and our littlest one was always in the pool! We basically lived out by the pool, barbecue and eating outdoors. We also walked into Nice, can walk back but usually used Uber :) Hope to come again, Jean
