Magnifique Villa elegante , pleine de charme avec piscine en bord de mer

Nice home with a lot of space. Nice view. Friendly contactperson. Negative: contact with VRBO is very bad. They don't help in any case of problems.

We just had a very nice holiday in this beautiful villa at Saint-Aygulf. We spent most of the time outside. The terrace with swimming pool and outdoor kitchen are very nice. The jacuzzi is without bubbels but good for kids and ladies to sit in and chill.. The view is fabulous! Shops are not that far away. In the house everything is available! Jean Claude and Martial are allways available if questions, they react very fast. We keep very nice memories from this fantastic location!

La maison est superbe et très grande. Nous avons apprécié les 3 chambres avec chacune leur salle d'eau complète. La piscine est magnifique et plus grande qu'elle n'en a l'air sur les photos. Cerise sur le gâteau le hamac sous le palmier et la vue sur mer extraordinaire. Merci Martial, ainsi qu'à Jean Claude pour l'accueil et l'efficacité pour résoudre les petits soucis techniques (lave vaisselle et éclairage extérieur). Nous reviendrons avec plaisir !

Meine Familie und ich haben unseren Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Die Bilder werden dieser tollen Villa gar nicht gerecht. Die Villa liegt in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße kaum Autos. Der Bäcker und der Ort in 1,2 KM Entfernung sind zu Fuß zu erreichen. Von Masterbedroom aus kann man morgens den Sonnenaufgang über dem Meer bewundern. Der Checkin verlief reibungslos und freundlich der Verwalter vor Ort hat uns alles erklärt. Die Outdoorküche mit Kühlschrank und Spühlmaschine war unser Highlight. Die Villa verfügt auch über einen Glasfaser Internetanschluss so war es stabil möglich Kontakt zur Heimat zu halten.

Jean Claude met us at the villa (he was waiting for us when we arrived) and walked us through everything, explaining how to work things, etc. which was great. We spent a wonderful 2 weeks at the villa. Highlights include the pool, the views, a well equipped kitchen, very comfortable beds, air conditioning in the bedrooms and the location. We didn’t rent a car and, while it may have been useful for grocery shopping (for a family of 6) / exploring the wider area, it was very manageable without it. There are supermarkets and restaurants within a 15 minute walk of the villa, and there is also a bus to Frejus / Saint Raphael at the same distance. Overall we absolutely loved our time here and would recommend Martial’s villa highly! Enjoy your stay. :-)

Major problem was the washer and dryer - both broken (dryer looked to be about 30 years old!) - both were replaced but not before eleven days)...place generally needs a lick of paint....lounger cushions stained (one wheel broken), curtain in sitting room missing hooks, only one bath towel and one pool towel provided person (no hand towels or bath mats), bed linen had stains...in general everything looked tired and in my opinion a general freshening up is sorely required...Jean Claude (on site manager) did his best to be helpful and was prompt and always available...

Nous avons passé de bons moments dans cette maison confortable et calme. Malheureusement l'entretien de la maison laisse à désirer, et la propreté est limite. Nous avons été accueillis par une personne qui a commencé par nous dire qu'il était en retard et à mettre toute la faute de ce qui ne fonctionne pas sur les locataires précédents (je ne demande ce qu'il aura dit de nous aux suivants...) La lumière extérieure ainsi que celle de la piscine ne fonctionnaient pas, le barbecue était sale et il n'y avait plus de gaz (personne n'a contrôlé avant notre arrivée), un store ne fonctionnait pas, le frigo coulait et inondait la cuisine. Dommage, car c'est une belle maison, confortable et très agréable. Un meilleur entretien ne serait pas du luxe, surtout pour le prix demandé...
