Der wunderschöne Garten mit Pool machte den Aufenthalt für uns perfekt! Durch das Poolcover und einen Poolalarm mussten wir uns auch nicht um die Sicherheit der Kinder sorgen. Ein weiteres Highlight war, dass uns Fahrräder (sogar E-bikes ) zur Verfügung standen und wir so auch ohne Auto die Gegend erkunden konnten. The design of the house was first class which supported our extended family of eight adults and three children perfectly. 😊: Beautiful house and grounds of exceptional quality made for a hugely enjoyable and relaxing family holiday. The design of the house was first class which supported our extended family of eight adults and three children perfectly. The facilities, equipment and kitchen appliances were all of a high standard with a plentiful supply of implements, glasses and crockery etc. It felt like staying at a friends home with everything you could ever need. The views over the terrace were breathtaking. The swimming pool was a perfect environment for all ages to enjoy and the extensive grounds gave space to play and relax; a truly wonderful place..

We left the home on good terms with the owner and even planned to stay again the following year. However, we later received a harsh message accusing us of leaving the home "dirty." This accusation was based on an unsoiled diaper that had fallen out of the bins in the garage and one plate that hadn't been properly cleaned in the dishwasher and was put away with the others. They also claimed the bins weren't cleaned out and then tried ...

😊: The house is stunning, really nicely furnished and an incredible view from the pool. The house manager is lovely. 😢: Unfortunately, the hosts really let us down. We left the home on good terms with the owner and even planned to stay again the following year. However, we later received a harsh message accusing us of leaving the home "dirty." This accusation was based on an unsoiled diaper that had fallen out of the bins in the garage and one plate that hadn't been properly cleaned in the dishwasher and was put away with the others. They also claimed the bins weren't cleaned out and then tried to charge us 2,500 EUR for a surface scratch on a window that was already there. Additionally, they accused us of breaking a pool cover clip that was already broken. These accusations subsided when we explained they were unfounded. In the interest of staying in the home again, we agreed to contribute to fixing the light surface scratch, although all our guests (including my quiet and respectful family and one-year-old child) were certain it was already there. The owner then asked us to pay over 1,000 EUR to fix it, which we refused as it was an absurd amount. The owner persisted, saying she was disappointed by our group's behavior. For a family group that was in bed by 10 p.m. every night and cleaned the house from top to bottom before leaving, this was outrageous and offensive. It is my belief that they were trying to get us to pay for superficial damage that we did not incur. The wifi and subsequent TV also didn't work the entire trip, which is apparently often the case according to the house manager, so we were unable to work 'from home' as planned..
