MAGNIFIQUE VILLA PROCHE PLAGE AVEC PISCINE CHAUFFEE

We stayed in this property the previous year and loved our stay so much we came back! The property is spacious, well equipped and in a fantastic location close to Etel, Erdeven and Belz and lovely beaches. We particularly enjoyed the outside space with the pool. The owner Jean-Michel and housekeeper Stephanie were very helpful with any questions or concerns. There were a few problems with the linens and towels which is why I docked points for the check in but they were quickly resolved. This year we went without a car and cycled or walked everywhere (renting bikes from the wonderful Velos de la Ria). If you use an app like Komoot there are wonderful cycle rides all around through small roads and cycle paths through fields and woods. One thing I would say is if you come by train make sure you book a taxi in advance as you can’t just pick one up at the taxi rank at Auray Station and drivers seem to have quite limited fields of operation. La maison est conforme à l'annonce et est très agréable à vivre. Nous avons pu profiter de l'extérieur et de la piscine. L'emplacement est idéal pour de jolies promenades. La décoration est soignée et les lits très confortables. Concernant la literie, un petit bémol concernant le lit rond : très bas et un peu dur. Mais nous gardons de bons souvenirs de notre séjour.

The property far exceeded our expectations. The photographs did not do it justice. It was much more spacious than we expected with 3 toilets and 3 bathrooms and plenty of storage. The kitchen was roomy and well equipped. There was a large outside space with lots of different tables and chairs and a lovely pool with sun loungers. The area was superb. We rented bikes for the fortnight from Velos de La Ria and everything was a short bike ride away and most things were also walkable. The beaches were stunning and the little towns of Erdeven, Belz and Etel were charming. Jean-Michel and Laurence were there to meet us and on hand for any concerns or questions. I am docking one point because some of the equipment seemed a little worn out. It was all usable and functional and the house was very comfortable - maybe it was just because we were at the end of the season so some of the appliances were a little worse for wear and the knives were very very blunt. But this was a minor point in relation to the overall holiday which was fantastic. Thank you Jean-Michel and Laurence. Hope to visit your lovely house again soon.

Propriété aménagée avec goût , où nous avons passé un agréable séjour entre amis

Très belle maison par contre revoir le ménage poussière et toile araignée. Poussière tête de lit , au dessus des portes . Ménage pas fait à fond . Peut être que la maison n avait été louée depuis un petit moment . La centrale aspiration a une mauvaise odeur dans la salle de jeu . La literie est super tres bon matelas . Sinon une superbe maison , l'accueil très bien . Endroit super agreable

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cette belle maison, idéalement située près d'Etel et de la plage. La maison est bien équipée et agréable pour une semaine entre amis (13 personnes en tout), la piscine très appréciable. Nous avons pu également facilement visiter la région, Carnac, Quiberon et la Trinité sur Mer. Merci pour les cadeaux de bienvenue!

Nous étions 7 adultes et 8 enfants, la villa est très spacieuse, propre et très bien décorée. La piscine est un plus non négligeable de plus elle est vraiment bien sécurisée. La région est magnifique et nous avons eu beaucoup de chance avec le temps ! Nous avons passé un super séjour dans une location parfaite. Merci pour tout

Nous avons apprécié cette jolie maison avec sa piscine, sa grande terrasse et son petit jardin, de très bon confort et bien équipée. En week-end en famille avec enfants et petits-enfants (nous étions 12 au total + 1 BB) chacun a pu trouver sa place et profiter de la piscine, de la maison, des espaces de jeux et du calme du quartier. La proximité d'Etel avec ses commerces et ses restaurants est un atout supplémentaire. A recommander. Quant à nous, pourquoi pas l'une de vos autres locations pour un nouveau WE en famille.
