Disappointing Stay – Not Worth the PriceWe recently stayed at this house and unfortunately, it did not live up to expectations. Despite the listing giving the impression of a luxury property, the house felt more like a bohemian retreat – and not in a good way.Although there are several bedrooms, there are no real common areas where guests can gather or relax together. The layout is awkward and not suited for groups or families. The Wi-Fi was extremely poor and unreliable, which made it difficult to stay connected.One of the biggest letdowns was the pool area. While the pool itself is large, there is barely any usable space around it – just a small, cramped wooden deck with no room for sunbathing or lounging.The only seating available outside were wooden-built sofas and sunbeds, but there were either no cushions or they were worn and uncomfortable. Both indoors and outdoors, the only real place to gather was around one large dining table – no lounge area, no cozy spots to relax.This property is absolutely not child-friendly, neither indoors nor outdoors. The design, furniture, and general setup pose risks for younger children and make it hard for parents to relax.Overall, this rental was not worth the money. It lacked comfort, practicality, and the luxury feel that was promised. We would not return or recommend it to others – especially families.

We enjoyed our days very much. It was perfect for our bigfamily. There was enough place for the kids to run, play and they loved to swim in the pool on the terrace. All you need for a big group was there, enough dishes etc.you can walk to the beach. The beach was also good for the children. No stress for the adults.We want to come back surely.

La maison est bien tenue. La vue est magnifique. Les propriétaires ont réalisé différents points de détente très agréable. En outre ils ont réalisés une scénographie de jardin à l arrière de la maison, qui donne aux espaces de repas et d aperitif une ambiance digne des plus beaux carrés VIP ! La piscine n est pas très grande mais elle bénéficie d une vue magnifique. nous ne pouvons que conseiller cette location. pm

An absolutely lovely house and nice owners who were accessible and very service minded and friendly! Walking distance to beach but also a free navette (bus) to use due to hilly surroundings! Amazing outdoor space where we spent magic evenings cooking together! And very comfortable and clean bedrooms/bathrooms. Close to nice visits to Le Lavandou or St Tropez and a beautiful local beach with the clearest water! Also a nice hike//bike/run path running along the coastline that we used a lot! We were 13 in this house (3 families) and can highly recommend it!

Amazing modern house with so much thought having gone into the landscaping of the property and a view out over the ocean. 3 families enjoyed a week here with amazing beaches and restaurants either a walk or short drive away. After a few hours away it was a pleasure to come back and spend the evening at the property, relazing in the pools, playing boule and taking in the views. Great property ... would love to return.
