Apartamento muito bem localizado com...<br>#128578; Apartamento muito bem localizado, perto de bares, restaurantes e mercados. Fica próximo à Petite Venise.<br>#128577; Nada de muito grave. O anfitrião foi muito gentil e nos permitiu ficar além da hora do check-out sem adicionar nenhuma cobrança. Isso foi muiito bom!

We loved Colmar and the location of this property is incredible. Steps away from the action and still quiet. It was perfect for the Christmas Markets!There were two things that will keep us from booking this apartment again. First, there was inconsistent communication with the management company. VRBO was the "middleman" and we didn't speak French and they didn't speak English. I still think they took a $300 deposit that we never received back, but it is impossible to communicate with VRBO or the French management company. Also, the apartment REEKED of cigarette smoke. It was unbearable. It wasn't just wafting through the window, it was coming up through the floor (from the apartment below). It doesn't matter if it's non-smoking and it was inescapable. Despite temps around 30F, we just opened the windows anyway.Bottom line, if you speak French and smoke, this place is PERFECT! It really was comfortable otherwise and very well situated.
