😊: Good location. 😢: Communication for pin was poor. Didnt respond to my messages until we whatsapp them. Wasn't aware we had to whatsapp them..

😊: I liked the location as it is very near to the Metro station. And the ground floor of the apartment was perfect, as it has a nice kitchen and the toilet both were very clean. It also had a washing machine which can be quite useful for someone staying for a few days.. 😢: Firstly, The stairs were very congested and steep, so it was very difficult for my uncle who is 67 plus to go upstairs. Secondly, I did not really like the multiple locks of the entrance door, as it has three locks and it was cumbersome to lock or unlock it (sticking a key or finding the right key for each lock from multiple same-looking keys)..
