Maison 315m², Rennes, 15 personnes, piscine chauffée

Maison magnifique, très grande, très propre et super bien équipée. Un grand merci encore à Matthieu le propriétaire pour son accueil et pour sa disponibilité en cas de besoin. Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison pendant ce petit weekend entre amis/famille. Le billard et le baby-foot ont été un gros plus pour animer la soirée !! :-) On reviendra avec grand plaisir !!

Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette maison bien équipée et décorée avec goût! Idéale pour un week-end entre amis!!!

Très bonne communication avec Matthieu avant le séjour et très bon accueil à notre arrivée. La maison est juste parfaite, très spacieuse tout en étant cosy..il y fait bon vivre. Une adresse que l'on garde pour d'autres WE ou séjours plus longs.

Gîte très agréable pour une réunion de famille. Nombreuses chambres spacieuses . Gîte très propre. Propriétaire charmant et très accueillant. Expérience à renouveler.

The gorgeous historic farmhouse of Le Grand Launay is perfect for large family groups, with thick stone walls and shutters keeping it cool in the heat of the day, and the lovely pool for a refreshing dip. The children loved feeding the pigs next door, and playing snooker in the sitting room. 3 huge rooms downstairs provided ample space for everyone, and the large table in the dining room allowed us all to eat together, as well as an amazing gas BBQ and shaded outdoor eating area. It is set in beautiful countryside but only 5 mins from bakeries, supermarkets and local markets. Rennes is a short drive away, and there is plenty to visit locally. There is covered parking for up to 4 cars, which makes a huge difference in the heat. The kitchen is huge with everything you could possibly need (oven, microwave, hob, steamer, plate warmer, dishwasher), and 2 fridges/freezers meant there was plenty of room to store all our purchase from the wonderful local market in Pace! Our host, Matthieu, was incredibly welcoming and kind, very easy to communicate with, and helpful with explaining how everything worked. It is only 2.5hrs drive from Cherbourg. I would thoroughly recommend Le Grand Launay as an ideal holiday house!

A very spacious property with good facilities for the children in the party (play area, swimming pool, toys). The kitchen was easy to use and had everything we needed and more. It was a pleasant 20 minute walk to the local shops. We were not far from different sightseeing locations, when we wanted something different, but could easily have spent all our time at the property.
