😊: The house is very nicely done and it's very clean. There is a lockbox for flexible check in. 😢: There is an 800 euro deposit taken after booking (we only stayed one night), and you're expected to clean the house thoroughly before leaving (or be charged 60 euros). Neither of these things were clear when booking. The 800 euro deposit seems hugely excessive and is not something I've ever had to do before. I would not have booked if I'd known this, and I wouldn't stay here again for that reason. It's a shame because the house really was nice, but there's plenty of accommodation available around there that doesn't take a huge deposit..

Stayed for 2 nights as staying in Le Mans and wanted a change of scenery! Damien the host as taken pride in is holiday let! attention to detail is spot on the place is modern and very comfortable I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again supermarkets beach a short distance drive away and walks on your doorstep
