😊: Location. 😢: The heating was insufficient and the house was cold all day along. The kitchen fume extractor did not work so cooking was very smelly. We reported this to the owner, who was aware the extractor and light were just not functioning. There was a leak in the kitchen ceiling that ran water every time the upstairs shower was used. The house main entrance was very hard to open and to close due to poor condition. Most services in the house (showers, toilets, bedroom closets, electrical sockets, ..) need a deep refurbishment to justify the rental fee being asked for..
