Madame Herauville ist in jeder Beziehung eine Premiumgastgeberin. Das Haus und die Lage entsprechen genau der Beschreibung. Die Orte von atemberaubender Natur, spannende und interessante Museen und Originalschauplätze der jüngeren Zeitgeschichte sowie die interessante Hauptstadt des Contentin, Cherbourgh, sind in kurzer Zeit erreichbar. Unmittelbar vor der Haustür befindet sich ein endloser Traumstrand mit glasklarem Wasser. Wir hatten einen wunderbaren, erholsamen und entspannten Urlaub. Danke nochmals, Madame und Monsieur Herauville!

Ein sehr schönes Haus, auch für viele Leute gut ausgestattet. Wir haben die zwei Zimmer mit getrennten Einzelbetten sehr geschätzt. Grosse Küche, heller Essbereich, schöner Sitzplatz und und und... :-) Man kann sogar das Meeresrauschen hören. Das Meer ist über eine kleine Düne in 5Min zu erreichen. Ein unendlich langer und breiter Sandstrand gleich vor der Türe. Es kann auch bei Ebbe gebadet werden und bei Flut ist immer noch ein gutes Stück Sandstrand da. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen! Vielen Dank an die Vermieter!!

We visited for a week at the end of July 2022 for a family holiday (2 adults, 2 teenagers and 2 eleven year olds). The property is perfect for a family, with all the space we needed inside and outside. It is well equipped and has everything you need (cycles in the garage, playstation, board games, washing machine). The house was lovely and clean, and the beds were comfortable. The stunning beach is a stones throw away, although we found it easier to walk further along the road to where the lifeguard station is, rather than climbing the sand dunes! We spent the whole week on the beach rather than travelling around visiting places, and this kept everyone happy! There are good supermarkets in Les Pieux, which is a 5 minute drive, and a boulangerie in Surtainville itself, where you can buy fresh baguettes daily (apart from Monday when they're shut!). There is a lovely bar/restaurant called L'Amarre within a few minutes walk of the house, which serves lovely meals, although you'll need to reserve a table as they are very popular (staff speak English). The hosts are very responsive to emails, and are friendly too. All in all, this was the perfect house for our family summer holiday, and we all feel refreshed from our week there. Unsere fünfköpfige Familie hat hier 2 wunderschöne Wochen verbracht. Unmittelbare Nähe zum Sandstrand, bereitgestellte Fahrräder ermöglichen schnellen Einkauf beim örtlichen Bäcker, komplett ausgestattete Küche, gute Schlafmöglichkeiten. Unsere Vermieter haben uns sehr freundlich empfangen und mit vielen Informationen über die Umgebung versorgt. Für Rückfragen waren sie einfach und schnell zu erreichen. Prima Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in die Region! Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Kurz gesagt passte einfach alles: ein top ausgestattetes Haus, sehr sauber, Traumstrand und sehr nette Vermieter!
