😊: Excellent location - less than 10 minutes walk to the train station (+buses if you prefer) with frequent trains to Paris Gare du Nord. Secure parking inside the gate to the property. Property very well equipped and clean. Host Noria is lovely and very helpful.. 😢: Make sure to contact Noria (on the number given by Booking) to let her know your time of arrival as she needs to be there to let you in. We didn't give a precise time so needed to phone her after we arrived as she was out. Once we spoke to her, she was there in a few minutes..

😊: Friendly owners, affordable prices, spacious rooms, just a few minutes from the station..

😊: Great little place and friendly helpful hosts.. 😢: A small bedside lamp would have been useful as the big light was so bright at night. The apartment is in the flight path so quite noisy but with the windows closed or some good ear plugs it’s fine,.

😊: Great location with a train service that connects to central Paris (& Gare de Nord). Was greeted on arrival & host accommodated our request. Lovely apartment that was surprisingly spacious, clean and comfortable. We only had a short stay but this was ideal for long stays i.e comfy bed, sofas and fully equipped kitchen, decent heating and air conditioning. Great stay, very nice host. Recommended..
