Beautiful house, but very poor...<br>#128578; The house itself was lovely, clean and tidy.<br>#128577; However, the concierge service was very poor. My booking did not state there were any additional fees for towels and bedding, but the concierge service charged me. Also an old outdoor seat snapped when it was sat on! Luckily, nobody was seriously hurt, but the concierge service is charging to buy a new seat (costing €45), to replace the old worn one that broke! The total additional cost is €170 despite the the linen fee being €70 and the chair costing €45!!
