Maison à deauville, les pieds dans l'eau

Nous avons passé une super semaine dans le logement de Marie Claude, très sympathique et arrangeante sur les horaires d’arrivée. La maison est très bien située dans la marina et vue top merci pour tout!

La casa è ottimamente posizionata e molto confortevole. Vicina al centro di Deuville ma fuori dalla confusione. La vista sul canale e sulla spiaggia la rende unica!

Beautiful house, situated in the middle of the Deauville Marina with a spectacular view on the port, the beach and the ocean. Lots of walks to city center and many many very beautiful tasty restaurants. Shopping is fun too. The beach is presumably less than 5mins walk from the house. What would help is to have blinds or screens for the windows for 2 reasons: 1. when it is a very sunny day it might get hot inside. 2. when dark outside, one can very well see what's happening inside; also on the intermezzo floor. But over all the location is worth its money.

Très belle maison proche de la plage. La maison est très bien située et bien équipée. L'une des chambres donne accès à une superbe vue sur la plage. Au cours de notre séjour nous avons pu observer de superbe coucher de soleil à partir de la maison. Nous avons également pu voir les chevaux au bord de la plage car il y a un poney-club à côté. Le voisinage est très calme. La maison est au large d'un ponton donnant accès aux bateaux des particuliers. Nous avons été très bien accueillit et espérons revenir au plus vite.

Une jolie maison avec une très belle vue, calme et bien située. On aurait bien posé nos valises un peu plus longtemps!

Ms. Tricot's house is really large, well functioning and yet stylish and cosy. The master bedroom at 2. floor provides a magnificent view over the beach and "the planks" of Deauville. We were 6 persons of 3 generations, who really enjoyed our stay in spite of the changing weather. The 2 bathrooms plus a a separate WC makes things easy. The kitchen is a bit small, if more than 1 chef is going to work at the same time. A positive surprise was the noise reduction between the rooms and levels of the house. The property is situated in a neigthbourhood locked by a barrier preventing non-authorized car traffic. There's an integrated garage in the ground floor with direct access to the living room. I you bring more than one car, the second must park outside the area. The marina area surrounding the property is protected against the tide with a lock. It can be reached within 5 minutes of walk. At low tide it provides an excellent view plus a shortcut to the beach. Wi-fi is excellent. Ms Tricot writes and speaks really good English. In our case however, she vas not able to be at the spot, so we were welcomed by a very friendly and serviceminded lady. Unfortunately we don't speak french at all, and the lady did not speak a word English. An emberrasing problem turned up, as we discovered, that the owner expected - very reasonable - a cash desposit for possible damage during our stay. As citizens of a non-euro country, we were not able to provide the amount of cash, that she needed. The problem was solved thanks to the landladys courtesy. However, a better solution for foreigners would have been, if the bureau would have been able to reserve the amount on our credit card - the same method used by car rental companies all over the world.

Location très claire, aménagée avec beaucoup de goût. Les équipements sont récents. L'une des chambres possède une vue inoubliable sur la plage de Deauville. Il faut prévoir à l'avance un mécanisme d'attribution (ou de rotation?) pour éviter les disputes ;-) Penser à prendre des vélos, cela rend le séjour plus agréable et plus écologique, en permettant de surcroit au véhicule de se reposer dans le box attenant à la location.

La marina est très bien située et facile d'accès. Déco sympa dans le style bord de mer avec tout le confort nécessaire. Equipement top, confortable et très propre. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour relaxant et très déconnectant face à cette vue imprenable sur les célèbres planches de Deauville. Le va et vient des bateaux vous donne l'impression d'être en croisière. Nous reviendrons, Caroline F
