😊: Great family home, comfortable. Lovely outdoor space. Close to amenities Lovely lady next door, chatty, gave me a cutting of vervine Although we had brought our own linen and towels (booking.com said an extra charge?), beds made up with lovely co-ordinating linen.. 😢: A little bit jaded, but we did know it was up for sale. Didn't affect our stay. Narrow staircase, which we knew prior to stay, but could hinder others.

😢: When I arrived the wooden entrance door would not open, one of the locks was damaged, I was trying to open it repeatedly, then a neighbour was trying to open it as well and it did not work, only after many attempts he managed to open it, almost broke his arm while opening it. When I arrived in the house it smelled very unpleasantly of old garbage, unclean kitchen a mold. It took several days to air it out with windows open whole day. Both fridges smelled horribly of rotten food so I did not use them at all. But the worst part was the owner. Very rude from the first moment, acted as if I was bothering her just by arriving there, she does not ever use words like "hello", "please", thank you", just yells orders, makes you feel like you should leave immediately. The day when I was leaving I spent several hours cleaning the whole house, mopped the floors several times, I left the house MUCH CLEANER and ventilated than it had been when I arrived, but the owner not only did not appreciate it, she actually literally yelled at me that it was not clean, she started opening the furniture and fridges, that I had not ever even used and she was pointing out some old dirt that she was obviously well aware of that it had been there since long time ago. This person has no morals and no shame, she is extremely rude, mean, dishonest, abusive and aggressive. Not only the accommodation is already quite expensive for what it is in comparison to others, but she is also trying to make additional money by withholding "cleaning deposit" and after a guest spends hours cleaning HER OLD DIRT, she shamelessly and aggressively refuses to give the deposit back lying to your face that it is not clean. I had read in other reviews that other people had the same experience with her, but in reality it was even worse than I had imagined. I strongly discourage anyone from staying in this place in order to avoid really disgusting experience with this person..
