Maison ancienne, charme et calme assuré. Pour huit personnes

Cette grande et jolie maison est idéale pour des vacances reposantes. Le jardin ombragé est magnifique avec des arbres fruitiers qui donnent sur des champs de tournesol à perte de vue. Il y une grande piscine très agréable pour se rafraichir quand il fait chaud. Et la maison est très agréable à vivre, à l'intérieur comme à l'extérieur, on peut y prendre les petits déjeuners, les déjeuners et les apéros sur les différentes terrasses. Nous avons adoré notre séjour.

Très belle maison dans la verdure sur les hauteurs qui donne une vue sur la campagne environnante. On voit le matin des lièvres, des renards et des biches. De vrai vacances reposantes.

Exactly as expected from the advert, this house was full of charm and located in a very tranquil part of the Lot et Garonne countryside. Francoise and her family welcomed us on arrival, taking the time to show us around the property and grounds, as well as everything we needed to know. They stocked the fridge with soft drinks, a bottle of beer and delicious local wine and some local foie gras, which was a pleasant surprise! The furnishing of the property was beautiful and during a week of high 30s, the swimming pool was bliss! When we had a little concern over the filter of the pool, they were prompt in their response and immediately sent someone over to check it out. The property (equipped with alarm) and its grounds are so beautiful. The neighbour close-by is a farmer raising hens and growing fresh vegetables. We bought some local produce from him (tomatoes, courgettes) as well as eggs from his hens and a chicken he prepared for us that day! Our daughter thoroughly enjoyed feeding the hens leftovers from our breakfast! The family also kindly left us a list of local shops and points of interest to visit. We especially enjoyed our visit to Monpazier (an hour drive away).

Nous avons énormément apprécié l’accueil chaleureux des propriétaires toujours disponibles pour donner conseils et rendre service. La maison quant à elle est belle très confortable et nous 6 y avons passé d’excellents moments. La piscine, le grand préau, le grand jardin sont aussi accueillant que le montent les photos. Le tout, au sein d’une campagne verdoyante et très tranquille. Yann

We were a family of 4 and very much enjoyed our stay at Floirac, a peaceful place overlooking fields and woods. The house, garden and pool were well-kept and secluded (though with some kind neighbours nearby who lent us some charcoal for the barbecue when we had run out). We particularly enjoyed picking the fruit from the fig and plum trees in the garden. The house was well equipped with table tennis and bicycles, though perhaps one or two more sun-loungers would have meant we could all lie in the garden together. We visited the nut farm, plum/prune farm, went canoeing and visited pretty villages for a mediaeval festival and night market. Thank you Roger for your warm welcome to your family home.
