Maison ancienne de caractère proche des Plages et de Bayeux , 12

Nous recherchions un espace chaleureux dans un lieu de caractère et avons trouvé l'endroit idéal . Les hotes sont charmants et disponibles . Nous pensons à un prochain séjour.

We had a wonderfull stay. The house and surroudings are very beautifull. The location is perfect iff you want to visit all the dday events or beaches. We loved spending the evenings in the kitchen with the family to talk about the day we had. Very spacious kitchen.

Maison idéale pour séjourner en famille élargie. Cuisine et salon spacieux; éléments authentiques dans un cadre magnifique. L'accueil est très chaleureux et convivial ; un hôte agréable.

Very special house with huge rooms, decorated in a grand traditional style, set in a large quod with the manoir (now a bb) at one side. Lots of lovely places to sit quietly. Totally peaceful countryside surrounded by fields with short walks from the house. 7 min drive to Trevieres for boulongerie, Butcher, and decent convenience store. 15 minute drive to Omaha beach. This is long and sandy, perfect for sandcastles. Park between the monument and Vierville-sur-Mer to get away from crowds. 15-30 mins drive to lots of D-Day sites. 15 mins drive to Bayeux. You need to start queuing 8.30ish for the tapestry (we opted not to in COVID times).

A warm welcome, an amazing well-appointed and unique house (when was the last time you stayed someplace with a moat?), and beautiful surroundings made this a perfect place to come home to after our all-too-brief explorations in Normandy. We only wish we could have stayed longer—it was the kind of place that makes you feel instantly at home, and though it was just minutes away from everything we wanted to see and do, it felt like another peaceful world. We hope to go back for another visit!

Rien à redire. 2 nuits pour une famille de 6 adultes et 4 enfants. Nous reviendrons certainement.

Un groupe d amis 11 pers avons apprécie les salles de bain attenantes aux chambres profitez de la cheminee et de l équipement et aussi de l acceuil à recommander

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour en famille dans cette belle maison à la décoration raffinée. Située à proximité immédiate d'Omaha Beach, nous avons pu mettre à profit ce séjour pour réviser notre Histoire de France. Le salon, sa grande cheminée et les tables de jeux ainsi que la salle-à-manger furent particulièrement accueillants pour toutes les générations.
