Maison avec piscine chauffée à 1h30 de Paris.

The house is great with lots of space, big kitchen and livingroom. Nice play areas for the kids. Everything is clean and up to date. Outside is the very beautifull garden with private pool and terras. The location is very quiet, but the small town not so much to do. Supermarket by car is approx 10 minutes

We stayed for one week in July/Aug and had a fantastic time. The house is very clean and tidy with a great set of facilities, particularly for children (cot, high chair, stair gates etc). The pool is definitely the highlight at it is very well maintained and is heated which means it can be used for the whole family. Geanina is an amazing host who responds promptly to requests and is really helpful in making your stay perfect. There is a good supermarket (Intermarche) within 10 mins drive and also an amazing patisserie and boulangerie (Aux Co'Pains Gourmands).

This is such a special place. The location is very quiet and beautiful but the home and pool are the standout stars. Considering the age of the property, we expected it to be very clean but not pristine. It became a joke that we couldn’t find one inch of the property that wasn’t utterly spotless. The couple are lovely and the home has everything you need even with young children. They made us feel very welcome. Thank you for a beautiful holiday.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour chez Geanina, ils ont été arrangeants sur nos horaires d'arrivée et départ, tout était très propre, très bien rangé, la maison était idéale pour 8 personnes, entre amis. Nous avons également bien profité de la piscine chauffée et du barbecue. Même quand il pleuvait, il y a un espace extérieur à l'abri. Rien à dire, nous sommes ravis et gardons cette adresse pour la prochaine fois ! Merci pour tout !

Nous avons passé un très bon réveillon de Noël dans cette demeure pleine de charme...Deux belles et grandes pièces (salon et cuisine), nous permettent de nous retrouver tous ensemble; d'autres espaces nous donne la possibilité d'être plus isolés, et les 3 chambres sont agréables. Nous nous sommes promis d'y retourner aux beaux jours, afin de profiter pleinement de l'extérieur ! Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil et leur gentillesse...

Beautiful home in a lovely tranquil village. The house was so clean and well equipped with everything we could possibly need. The pool was probably the cleanest we have ever had on holiday and was so much appreciated in the hot weather. The location was great, within easy reach of Paris and Le Mans and lots of interesting nearby villages. The hosts were really friendly and very helpful.

La maison est équipée de tout le nécessaire et était propre. La cuisine est spacieuse et répond à toutes les attentes. Le salon dispose d’un grand canapé d’où six adultes peuvent facilement regarder la télé. L’acces à Netflix et Disney, avec votre propre compte, était définitivement un plus. Le jardin est entièrement clôturé et notre chien s’est amusé comme un petit fou. La piscine est chauffée et ne nécessite aucun entretien pendant le séjour. Intermarché, boulangerie et boucherie sont disponibles dans le village voisin. Environnement agréable avec de belles promenades pour se détendre complètement dans la nature. Le contact avec les propriétaires a été cordial. La réception s’est déroulée sans problème et de manière amicale. Nous serons heureux de revenir ici!

Beautiful house in rural France, located in the peaceful village of Chapelle-Guillaume. Geanina met us on arrival to give us a genuinely warm welcome and show us all that the house had to offer. Fantastically equipped kitchen, numerous areas to sit and relax both indoors and outdoors, and the great pool. There's a large garden which overlooks fields and woodland, perfect for evening BBQs. There's a small town about 6km away, with a supermarket and a couple of boulangeries. All in all it's the perfect place for a relaxing escape away from it all. It looks good in the photos, but even better in real life. Thanks Geanina for a brilliant holiday.
