Maison avec vue imprenable sur la mer à 100m et très grand jardin

Lorsque l'on rentre dans la propriété, la maison et sa fantastique vue mer ne se voient pas tout de suite. Mais lorsque les arbres laissent place, alors on ne peut être qu'émerveillé. La maison est immense, les chambres ont quasiment toutes une vue mer. La vue est splendide, exceptionnelle. Il est possible de passer des heures sur la terrasse à regarder la marée changer le décor. Nous étions 16 adultes, tous ont été bluffés, tous ont eu l'effet "wouah!!!!!". Au dernier étage, une salle de jeu gigantesque, nous a permis également de nous distraire pendant que d'autres jouaient au tennis... La maison outre sa vue sublime, est aussi isolée, ce qui complète la sensation d'être seul au monde et privilégié, l'espace de ce moment de location. A ce jour, c'est le plus beau bien que j'ai loué. Et c'est aussi la seule fois que la réalité est bien plus jolie que les photos ne laissent paraître. Je ne peux que recommander!

Nous venons de passer un merveilleux séjour. La Villa est magnifique et très très bien située. elle est parfaitement équipée. Elle se situe dans un environnement idyllique et Calme. Vous avez accès à la plage en 5 min à pieds. C’est un endroit parfait pour partir entre amis ou en famille. Je recommande a 100%.

Superbe we entre amies, avec une superbe vue le matin. Maison idéale pour un grand groupe avec de nombreuses salles de bain.

We were a large family group of 16 (8 adults and 8 children) and this house was brilliant! It is very comfortable with lots of bedrooms, bathrooms and hot water, a lovely garden with a tennis court, and gorgeous views out over the sea. There are beaches within easy walking distance, and great walks straight from the house. We also made car expeditions to various interesting surrounding historic towns, etc. All in all it was a great success.

We just had the most perfect family holiday ever in your beautiful house. The house is so well equipped with everything to make everybody comfortable and happy; the views are magnificent, the garden is beautiful and apart from the tennis court there was plenty of space for volley ball and other family games. We will come again!

We stayed at this beautiful house (end of Rue de la Fosse) in St Cast during August in 2016. We were 2 families with 8 children combined and had an amazing time. The location and privacy of the house are very unique, with panoramic views over the bay, the hills and the castle of La Latte, with the sun setting right in front of the house over the hills and sea each evening. Many things to do from the house including: going down the beach at the end of the road, talking the dune walk that passes in front of the house and goes all the way along the sea to the village of St Cast, visiting very unique villages, castles and churches like: the Castle of La Latte, the towns of Dinan and St Malo, St Jacu-sur-mer and its islands, Cap d'Erquy, the Mont St Michel etc. Everyone in the family had a great time and we are looking forward to coming back.

We spent a fantastic week in your house. With 8 adults and 8 children aged 2 to 16 years, it was a perfect location. We really enjoyed the view from the perfect terrace. The children enjoyed playing in the garden – without being afraid of annoying any neighbours. Everybody played – or tried to play – tennis. Thanks to the nice weather, we spent many hours on the nearby beach. The change of tide made it even more interesting to sit on the terrace and watch the scene. The house was perfect for our purpose. Every family had two bedrooms and one fully equipped bathroom. Thanks to the information given before the journey, we could decide how to distribute the rooms in advance. Everybody was confident. The shower outside was used by everybody and made coming home from the beach so much more easier. Whoever needed some privacy could find it anywhere in the garden. We always had diner in the house or on the terrace; nobody felt any need to eat in a restaurant, thanks to the fully equipped kitchen. The kitchen on the second floor was used additionally – the oven and the refrigerator. We would have loved to stay longer. We had to admit that this house was worth every cent. At the end, there was only one problem: if we should ever plan another holiday with the whole family – how should we top this week ?

We really enjoyed staying at your house..We enjoyed particularly the view from the terrasse and the calm of the place. The house was also well equipped for cooking and for accommodating our extended family of 16. Everybody was able to find a quiet place when needed. We also appreciated the assistance from the cleaning lady in doing some shopping and preparing our first diner. This helped us getting settled the first day. The location is also great to go to Cap Frehel, Dinard and St Malo very quickly. Overall we again really enjoyed the house and will most likely rent it again
