Ease and speed of communication prior to stay and arrival. Very comfortable beds led to great nights sleep!<br>#128577; To make it clear, we had a lovely stay and there was nothing that really spoiled it. However, there are areas that could be improved to make it even better. For example, provision of some washing up liquid in the kitchen - we didn't generate enough washing up to necessitate the use of dishwasher. The inclusion of hand soap in the bathroom would have also been a welcome extra for hygiene purposes. Disappointed to provide own linen and towels considering the rental charge.
