maison très accueillante ,jardin avec beaucoup de verdure ,et la seine au bout !cuisine avec beaucoup de matériel ,salle à manger et chambres très agréables ...belle terrasse,vélos ,table , de ping -pong, super séjour ,un grand merci,

This is a wonderful, peaceful place to stay looking over the Seine. It was very clean, well furnished and just as described on the Home Away site. Karine is a a great owner and is very responsive to her renters. She responds to questions very quickly and thoroughly. She is genuinely concerned that her renters have everything they need and want. A++++!

Nous avons passé un agréable séjour maison très agréable dans un environnement super pas loin de rouen

Das Häuschen liegt beschaulich am Seineufer außerhalb von St. Martin de Boscherville. Es ist wunderbar ruhig und durch die Bäume sieht man Schiffe vorbeiziehen. Karine hat alles neu renoviert, gut ausgestattet und schön eingerichtet. Es ist ein perfekter Ort, um viele Ausflüge in die sehenswerte Region zu starten, egal ob nach Jumièges, Rouen oder an die Küste. Sehr gut sind die vielen gut ausgeschilderten Wanderrouten im Seinetal, die mit Wanderkarten, die im Haus liegen, prima zu entdecken sind. In St. Martin gibt es einen sehr guten Metzger und hervorragende Boulangerie/Patisserie mit leckerem Brot und kleinen Köstlichkeiten. Supermärkte 15 Minuten mit dem Auto entfernt. Der Kontakt mit Karine war absolut unkompliziert und sehr nett. Wir würden jederzeit wieder dort wohnen und können es uneingeschränkt empfehlen - merci beaucoup Karine!

A great area to visit in France. Plenty to do and see. The village was delightful, if a little light on facilities ( local shop ). People be warned that little local shops close early and if you run out off milk it is a fair run into Rouen. The house its self was clean and tidy and had fairly good facilities. There was plenty of information leaflets on show, however a lack of English info. The internet was a god send as there isn't that much to do of an evening if you have children and the only t.v is all in French ( understandably ). Slight concerns about the stairs if you have older members of the family staying with you. The W.C was cramped, but overall a good place to stay. We would stay again.
