😊: Well located and plenty of living space. Kitchen well set up . There was also cooling available which was necessary during our stay.. 😢: Tricky to find a park for a large car. Garage pretty tight access for a smaller car ..

😊: Well maintained pool, beautiful home with everything you need for a family stay, Aircon in every room. Handy location for walking into Beziers centre and very close to a large park.. 😢: Hard to park on the roads and the garage was hard to get in and out of. Didn't find the third bedroom or the linen cupboard for the first night. Shutters in the biggest room weren't all working which made it harder to get the baby to sleep as it wasn't as dark..

😊: Caroline is an excellent Host with great, almost immediate response to any communication sent. The apartment was very spacious and comfortable. The outside terrace was a lovely place to relax. The beds were very comfortable and the showers nice and hot with good pressure. The outside pool is very inviting but unfortunately it was a bit too cold to swim in. Paddling with a glass of wine did us fine.. 😢: The pillows are very soft but that is just personal preference. The stairs are a challenge with big cases. everything else was exactly as described..

😢: due to poor management the pool was only usable for the first 3 days of our 2 week stay. cooking equipment very poor as was quality of bed linen/pillow. the immediate surrounding streets were not clean and we found them quite intimidating.the house was advertised as private, but there was a resident downstairs so people came and went in what was supposed to be our private pool side area..
