Maison chaleureuse à la montagne

At arrival we saw the reason why there was no photo of the front door. Directly to the left of the house is a wooden partially collapsed former house. The garden at the back is basically a terrace with surrounding grass with no fence to the neighbours. We saw their dogs doing their thing in the grass so it's not possible for the children to play on the grass. The house is well equipped but with some broken knives that need replacement. The temperature in the house is warm, but mostly at the upper floor. In general the house is well equipped and clean. The communication with the owner was professional until suddenly after 3(!) days after we departed she sent very rude messages about the way we left the house. We had left it ready for the cleaner as we always do and have never heard any complaints. Until this time. She complained that she found a wrap from a candy in one of the beds! Really, kids eat candy and if one wrap is missed this is a big thing. She made accusations about how we raise our children. Very unprofessional. Our stay was nice as the surrounding nature is beautiful, but only 3 days after we departed we got these messages. This felt very bad and spoiled the after holiday feeling.

Nous avons passé de bonnes vacances en famille. Le logement est refait à neuf , confortable , équipé , hygiène irréprochable. Vue magnifique et très calme. Idéal pour les amoureux de la nature. Camille est très gentille et accueillante Merci .

super séjour dans ce chalet individuel . grand espace de vie, cuisine bien équipée, literie neuve et confortable dans chambres spacieuses. les propriétaires sont très sympa et arrangeants ... je recommande vivement !
