😊: Nicely decorated and modern. Clever use of kitchen space. Good shower. The complimentary cider was a nice touch. Beautiful dark skies with the sound of hooting owls at night.. 😢: The staircase is a hazard, I can't believe it passes safety regulations. The bed was very creaky, to the extent that it disturbed sleep. There is no truly comfortable seating. No WiFi. Not at all within walking distance of the beach. There were no windows with views, and the outdoor seating area was basically a parking area for the other residents. Although everything was clean, unfortunately it smelt of cat pee throughout..
