😊: The instructions were really clear, it's just being a man and a Brit that I failed to follow them and set off the alarm. The wife wasn't happy!... Note to self - read things properly!... Thanks Nat.. 😢: Everything was great - I can be picky, but the effort and thought they have put into the place is obvious - take a look at all their pictures..

😊: Beautiful house, amazing location, wonderful balcony looking out over the rooftops and small sheltered patio garden. The sitting room at the bottom of the house was dark and cool which was a perfect retreat during the 35+ degrees heatwave. I noticed a woodpecker burner which would make it really cosy off season.. 😢: If I came off season I would want better cooking facilities (pots and pans etc). Also the sink plug did not prevent water draining and there was no washing up basin/bowl. Not a massive issue since most eat out all the time as there are loads of restaurants in Dinan, plus the dishwasher worked well. It was only a small problem when I was washing the final dishes before we left as I did not want the to leave them in the dishwasher for Nathalie to have to deal with..

😊: Nice character, everything necessary was there. The street was lovely even though it was not easy to manoeuvre in due to some road work.. 😢: Cats seem to frequent the little garden… all else no complaints, well organised and clean!.

😊: Description doesn't do it justice! Characterful house well furnished and equipped. Great location for both the port and main town. Lovely garden and upper veranda areas Quiet and comfy beds Highly recommend.. 😢: Nothing.
