The hosts, Christian and Gigi, went over and above expectations in ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our holiday. Their warm and friendly approach made us feel very welcome. Beautiful house. Lovely pool. Big kitchen inside, also has an outside kitchen. Badminton table in the garden. Lovely garden, with fresh vegetables. 3 bedrooms with double bed, all very comfortable. There's both a bathroom and toilet upstairs and downstairs, which is convenient. The owners are very friendle people. Will probably visit again next year. We went to Lascaux IV, visited a bamboo forest, visited the historic center of Bergerac, small boat trip,There are many places for canoeing as well. And of course we spent a lot of time around the pool.

We spend two weeks, but could easily have stayed there for months .... Beautiful house and garden, with big swimming pool, a lot of fruit trees and vegetables from your own garden. Quiet area, most activities within 15-45 minutes (kayak, markets, groceries, restaurants, river Dordogne and the lakes Gurson and Grand Étang de la Jemaye). We loved it here. Especially by the very hospitable and friendly owners. We felt welcome and we enjoyed their cooking in their nearby restaurant L'un de Sens (Villefranche de Lonchat)

We hired the villa for 2 weeks and had an amazing time. The owners are really lovely people and made us feel very welcome. The villa is their own private residence and was extremely well furnished and comfortable. The pool and surrounding gardens were an absolute joy meaning we had no excuse to laze around enjoying the wonderful weather. Located in the small town of St Remy, the villa was close enough to civilisation for shopping and market trips and not too far for longer excursions in the surrounding areas. We can't recommend this property highly enough.
