nous avons passés un très bon séjour , la maison est très grande et climatisé, très grand garage , boulangerie , carrefour express, superette a 2 minutes a pied ,grande surface et plages a 10 minutes en voitures. Le propriétaire est très gentil et sympathique . Merci encore Mr Chauffaille. Mr FARID.

Maison un peu ancienne mais bien emménagé qui permet de vivre a plusieurs sans être les uns sur les autres Bien équipée

Nous avons vraiment apprécié notre séjour dans cette grande maison toute proche du centre de Perpignan Le Castillet, d'ailleurs j'y allais tous les matins en vélo en quelques minutes.Il y a des commerces de proximité comme la boulangerie. Le quartier est très calme et Catherine qui s'est occupée de nous à notre arrivée est très serviable. Nous y retournerons.André T. Paris

The house was originally divided into two separate units. On the grounds floor is a bedroom/lounge/diner with a shower room, toilet and washing machine and a larger patio with a table tennis table. On the first floor are 3 bedrooms (two double and one single that can also be extended to a double. There is a separate bathroom and toilet and one of the bedrooms has an en-suite toilet and wash basin. The is a large balcony with BBQ facilities and a washing machine. The kitchen is well equipped. The lounge is large with a nice dining table All-in-all, the house is very quite and comfortable. The is a large garage for off street parking. Bus routes to the city center and the beach are a short walk away as well as a good supermarket and boulangerie. We would recommend the property to any one visiting Perpignon and the surrounding area.
