😊: Excellent location in a quiet neighbourhood, very clean and well equipped, friendly host... in short, we enjoyed our stay in Aleria..

Außergewöhnlich<br>#128578; Sehr schönes Ferienhaus mit ausreichend Platz und gut ausgestattet der Küche. Die Schlafzimmer sind geräumig und bequem, der Wohn Essbereich Steve voll eingerichtet und praktisch. Im Außenbereich gibt es verschiedene Sitzmöglichkeiten die zum verweilen einladen. Der Vermieter ist sehr freundlich und unterstützt, wo er nur kann.

😊: Unbeatable location, all major cities of the island are within cca 2 hours drive. - Nice beach within 10 mins drive too. I also recommend Plage de Casabianda, cca 20 mins drive. - Belvédère de Pompugliani and the natural path across the maquis, next to the etang, down to Tallone beach is an authentic Corsican experience, suitable for kids too. - The house is on a separate lot from the owner, setup gives perfect privacy for you. - The house is spacious, plenty of room for a big family even on a longer stay. - Internet bandwidth is ok for one streaming service at a time. - Kitchen well equipped for self catering.. 😢: A family of 5 cats lives in the garden. I like animals, but we literally could not use the terrace because of them. I attempted to have dinner outside once, but they jump on the table and steal from your plate impudently. If you leave the door open, they get in the house and hunt for food inside, One kitten actually urinated in my drying open luggage in the garden. I had no info if they are vaccinated or not. Traveling with a baby this was not acceptable for me. So we rather just did not use the terrace. - AC is available only in the living room, but it does not look very clean or maintained. The temp in the bedrooms easily goes above 30+ Celsius during the night in July. Which is fine, it's summer. But there are no mosquito nets, so you cannot open the windows while the lights are on inside. And when you finally open the window/door for the night to let the cool air in, the mosquitos bite you all night long. I am not saying this is not a good place to stay. But we had a hard time to rest, A touch more attention on details (mosquito nets, fans in the bedrooms) would make a big difference..

Superbe séjour<br>#128578; Séjour très aggréable dans cette petite maison à Aléria. Laurent, nous a accueilli avec gentillesse, bienveillance et reste à disposition si besoin. Il y a tout pour passer un bon moment dans cette maison spacieuse et elle est bien située pour bien visiter l'île. Les vélos à disposition sont un plus pour une ballade matinale jusqu'à la plage.<br>#128577; Le canapé un peu dure mais ce n'est qu'un petit détail.

Chouette maison de vacances en...<br>#128578; Cadre très agréable. Maison de plain pied, parking devant. Le lieu idéal pour des vacances en famille, lieu bien équipé et très propre. Le propriétaire est très sympathique. Aléria est un point stratégique pour visiter la Corse. Nous sommes ravis !

Small town close by, with supermarket and nice central location at the sea side for proper reach and island exploration. The owner is really nice person and I am seriously looking forward to come back next time.. 😢: Not much honestly..
