Maison d'Alice - avec SPA - Vacation Home

Nice place for 3 days in Bayeux and a convenient location. There are a lot of stairs, which we knew there would be. Even for an able bodied person it seemed like a lot to have to take stairs from the kitchen where we prepared food to the table where we ate (lots of back and forth) but it was minor. A little disappointed that the hot tub wasn’t turned on and able to be used the first night that we got there, after a busy day of travelling. Might need to ask ahead of time. I would recommend this place as long as you’re ok with stairs.

This is a great location. On the Main Street with accessible free parking across the street from 9:00 PM to 7:00 AM. We found off street parking around the corner if we left our car near the apartment during the day. Just out the door to the right is a wonderful bakery for breakfast items and sweets. 2 doors down from that is a great produce store. All the shops and restaurants are on this street or close. Bring your own soap and shampoo, because there was not any in the house.

Great VRBO! Very central in Bayeux - can walk to many shops and restaurants within 10 minutes - bakery is literally half a block away for some great croissants in the morning. Location is off the main street but has locking gate/door so felt very safe. Layout - kitchen on ground floor, 1/2 floor up is the living room / dining room, then more stairs up to 2 bedrooms and a bathroom, then another flight of stairs up to a room with bathroom. So lots of stairs for those on the top floor but really not an issue for us. Newly renovated (obviously from the pics!). Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great! Location was perfect. We had a wonderful time.

You can't ask for a better location. The house is lovingly updated and decorated to make one feel very at home. Make sure to have all your Sundry items with you, we were not able to connect to WI-FI, temperature control on the spa wasn't functioning, and 3rd floor shower leaked onto the main bathroom floor. The owner's Mother greeted us with such enthusiasm. Our stay was very nice!

Perfect place for a multi generational family. We had everything we needed and the apartment was very clean. We recommend this place.

Fantastisch huis met wat kleine...<br>#128578; Locatie was super, midden in het centrum en vlakbij gratis parkeergelegenheid. Huis was erg leuk ingericht, wel redelijk wat trappen maar dat vond ik juist bijdragen aan de sfeer. Kamers groot en zolderverdieping mooie bonus. Ondanks dat er geen airco was bleef het de gehele dag toch lekker koel (met uitzondering van zolder verdieping) Uitgebreide keuken waar alles aanwezig was.<br>#128577; Matras tweepersoonsbed erg hard en niet comfortabel. Zoals al vaker genoemd is zittend douchen in het bad echt wel een groot minpunt. Zolderverdieping erg warm, hier zou wel een airco of in ieder geval goede ventilatoe geplaatst kunnen worden.

Exceptional<br>#128578; Location is great! The space is beautiful and the pictures don't to it justice! The owner was easy to communicate with via text. I used translate being he speaks French to easily communicate. Book this property you won't be disappointed.<br>#128577; Wish it had a stand up shower but everything else was so nice and perfect for our family of 6 that it didn't matter. Also, hot tub was not hot. In summer it would be perfect, but it was too cold to use when we were there.
