😢: I paid €125 for one night at this property, but upon arrival I was charged unexpected additional fees that were not disclosed during booking: €30 for bed linens (3 beds) €16 for towels (4 people) €40 for cleaning This added €86 in hidden costs, bringing the total price to €211. For that amount, I could have stayed in a much better, more transparent property. The listing also states there is a washing machine, but it is not located inside the house. Instead, it is about 30 meters away in a shed-like garage, which was misleading. I contacted Booking.com about these issues but received no response. I then found out that the platform does not take responsibility for such matters, even when key information was missing from the listing. For this reason, I will be pursuing my legal rights..
